Existing Users

While you are welcome to continue using the existing program, through logging on as normal (see the bottom of this page), we have made it as easy as possible for you to transfer to the new program. You should have received an email with details on the new program together with a web address to visit in order to migrate your account. If you haven’t received this email yet, or if you have deleted it, then click on the button below to have us send you your personal migration instructions.

We've transferred as much information as we could from your profile, but we do ask that you check and verify the information we have brought across and fill in any gaps that the new program requires. Please note that once you have transferred to the new program, for security reasons, you will need to explicitly ask to stop receiving messages from the old system - don't worry, we'll explain how when you get there.
